Episode details
There aren’t a lot of breakout hits out there–software that really takes off. Well, today’s guest says that he’s the co-founder of a company that created two of them. The first was Meerkat, a software that allowed people to broadcast on Twitter and it freaking exploded. But then there was an issue which forced him to either pivot or start from scratch. Then he created something called Houseparty. And even though it took off also, it’s not setting the world on fire. I want to know what happened, how he came up with these two brilliant ideas, how the ideas took off, and what happened internally.
Uri Haramati is the founder of Life on Air, creators of Houseparty and Meerkat.
