Episode details

Mary Brown, also known as The Boundaries Coach, specializes in helping women overcome people-pleasing and learn healthy boundaries. With a professional background in social work, she helped thousands of families through challenges such as mental illness, addiction, abuse, and neglect. In doing so, she noticed the impact these issues have on women, especially when someone they love is struggling. Having grown up in a big family without boundaries, Mary could relate to these women because of her own journey of overcoming people-pleasing. She became a coach so that she could help women build confidence, set healthy boundaries, and practice meaningful self-care. Mary teaches boundaries centered on compassion, and her superpower is coaching others on how to have hard conversations from a place of love.
