I've just discovered Joshua's podcast and gave a few episodes a listen. I've been enjoying the progress of the content he covers in his show as well as the progression of his confidence in his ability to share his stories. This episode was about running his business as a father of two. As a father myself I resonated with his struggles and his thoughtful insights in how he balances work and a young family.
