Really enjoyed hearing about CodePen's success and how they make decisions on what to build next. Basically it comes down to whether it's a customer focused problem or a business focused problem and how much does it weigh for either of these criteria. Been a big fan of CodePen's community so it's been great to hear about some of its evolution.
It was also refreshing to hear about Chris management and leadership and how that's complemented by the other founders, Alex and Tim.
