Where we have a host associated with a Podcast, submissions will now pre-populate the host for the submission.

Until now we've only been showing a guest or a host of an episode if they had an account on Pod Hunt.
We've changed the system, so that if the guest is not a host on Pod Hunt, we'll display the basic Twitter information we have and link to their profile on Twitter.
We hope this makes the system a little more complete even if the guests/host haven't created an account on Pod Hunt.

I've decided to scale back on the sponsor ads on the site (there will still be some) and focus more on supporters.
I feel this better aligns with the goal of solving podcast discovery.
Most of the interested advertisers have been services for podcast hosts, and not entirely relevant to listeners looking for podcasts to listen too.
I'm exploring more data and features that will better inform visitors about the podcast and episodes listed on Pod Hunt to aid in discovery.
More to come!

I've added a description to the podcast pages. This is collected from the podcasts rss feed, and will be updated daily.
I had manually been adding the website urls to each podcast, but since I started to get the description from the feed, I decided it was a good idea to get the podcast website url from the rss feed too.
It might take a couple of hours to fetch the information for all the podcasts.
You can see an example of the updated page here:

A language field is now part of the episode submission process.
Although we're not doing much with that field at the moment, I think it's important to collect the information. So that it's there for the future.
The field will be displayed on listing pages if it is not US English, and is always displayed on the episode detail page.
Would love for Pod Hunt to work for speakers of any language.

Added the ability to filter the episodes by the category/topic assigned when they were submitted.
